Senior Sales Executive

Job description

  • Market research and planning to determine sales strategies and find target customers
  • Determine appointments, present products, discuss and negotiate to sign contracts
  • Prepare product/service documents for presentations/work with new and existing customers.
  • In charge of contracts, acceptance, and payments with customers
  • Participate in specialized seminars and workshops to enhance industry connections and increase professional knowledge. 
  • Meet weekly to update information and plan implementation for each week
  • Report directly to CEO 
  • Collaborate with other members of the company for each specific job
  • Make sales plans and work plans by month, week, quarter and year

Right

  • Salary: Negotiable based on capacity and quarterly Commission
  • Salary and bonus according to Vietnamese Labor law. 
  • Salary increases periodically every 6 months based on capacity and actual results (KPIs)
  • Working from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Request

  • Yes at least 2-3 years of sales experience (in the field of Digital Marketing/Game/Martech is an advantage) (Must to have)
  • Ability to work in groups as well as good independent working skills
  • Experience in sales consulting in the field of MarTech and Marketing Automation or related technology. field (B2B sales)
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing, Marketing Automation Software or Tactics to understand potential customer needs
  • Good communication and connection skills, good negotiation
  • High sense of responsibility at work
  • Proficient in English with 4 skills: listening - speaking - reading - writing (Must to have)

Responsibility

    • Responsible for certain sales levels
    • Regularly update knowledge, connect with industry to improve expertise and skills
    • Responsibility for periodic reporting to superiors
    • Requires high responsibility at work
    • Have good discipline
