Job description

Head of Sales at Omega Martech, you are required to play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by building strategic, positive customer relationships and proactively participating in consulting solutions. Solutions for businesses are based on understanding the business's problems as well as a deep and clear understanding of the solutions provided by Omega Martech, to help customers solve their problems with Omega Martech's solutions.

Specific requirements:

  • Identify a group of potential customers and business customers to advise on solutions.
  • Responsible for sales plan and sales plan implementation 
  • Organize meetings with customers, present solutions, demo solutions and persuade and negotiate with customers.
  • In charge of contracts, reconciliation, acceptance and payment with customers.
  • Responsible for training, guiding, and mentoring subordinate personnel to ensure the achievement of sales department business goals
  • Work and report directly to the CEO

Right

  • Salary: Gross salary 30M
  • Benefits & benefits: according to Vietnamese Labor Law. 
  • Salary increases periodically every 6 months based on capacity and actual results (KPIs)
  • Working from Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Request

  • Yes at least 3-4 years of sales experience (in the field of Digital Marketing/Game/Martech is an advantage) (Must to have)
  • At least 1 year in a sales manager position with specific achievements. 
  • Ability to work in groups as well as good independent working skills
  • Experience in sales consulting in the field of MarTech and Marketing Automation or related technology. field (B2B sales)
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing, Marketing Automation Software or Tactics to understand potential customer needs
  • Good communication and connection skills, good negotiation 
  • High sense of responsibility at work
  • Proficient in English with 4 skills: listening - speaking - reading - writing (Must to have)

    • Responsible for certain sales levels
    • Regularly update knowledge, connect with industry to improve expertise and skills
    • Responsibility for periodic reporting to superiors
    • Requires high responsibility at work
    • Have good discipline
