CSM Executive

Job description

  • Consulting, training & guiding customers on how to use and operate the solution provided by the company effectively.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers
  • Provide customer care by answering questions, giving feedback and providing customer support in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with customers, advise customers to build effective strategies for using martech solutions according to customers' business goals.
  • Meeting periodically on a weekly or monthly basis to review the effectiveness of the use of the platform as well as issues arising between the client and the company.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services. Directly test solutions on delivery and onboarding. Actively being the focal point to receive 24/7, coordinate with internal departments, vendors to support customers to answer questions and propose the best solution for customers.
  • Work closely with other departments in the company to ensure the best customer experience as well as optimize the advantages of departments/companies in the same ecosystem.
  • Actively research, capture and learn new industry trends, propose methods to optimize efficiency for the organization.

  • Fixed salary regime. Gross salary from 12-18M

Request

  • 2-3 years of experience in a CSM position at companies operating in the fields of CRM, CDP, email marketing, sales platform or sales software,...
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technology, IT, Marketing or related majors
  • A person who works with goals, has clear plans, and has high responsibility at work.
  • Have self-learning skills, good research skills, good logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a passion for technology or Martech, a deep understanding of customer concerns and thoughts related to the use of the product, and the ability to troubleshoot when necessary.
  • English: fluent in listening - speaking - reading - writing
