Partnerships and outsourcing are key priorities for agencies in promoting Martech tools for clients
According to a new study commissioned by marketing and business communications analytics platform CallRail, the majority of agencies are looking to partnerships and outsourcing as ways to improve services and martech. 87% respondents said partnerships are a top priority for their company, while 78% said outsourcing is a top priority in the new year.
This doesn’t mean that agencies feel like they have to follow the trend, they are just maintaining the momentum. For example, 86% Agencies surveyed said their agency added a new offer for clients. 98% said they were satisfied with their agency’s position in the market.
Agencies typically play a role in providing digital marketing services and implementing digital strategies for clients as part of their digital transformation. The services that digital agencies provide change according to the priorities of their clients. The change from 2020 to 2021 is significant. For example, from the same survey, 43% respondents said that website design and development was the top service provided by their agency in 2020. This number dropped to 25% in 2021. Marketers, with the help of digital agencies, redesigned their websites during the pandemic and did not need to develop much the following year.
